The graph below shows early-spring statistics for single-family homes listed between $200,000 and $850,000 in zip codes 98107 and 98117. After a lag in homes sales in January, the number of pending sales is rising, and the area is at "2 months of inventory" -- a calculation based on the number of available homes vs the pace of monthly sales. When stats are available for March and April we are likely to see a continued climb in the pace of sales.
